2. Introduction and Scope

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Customer) and Woven Mind. They outline the terms and conditions you agree to follow when making a purchase or simply visiting the website. By purchasing from Woven Mind, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our privacy policy, incorporated herein by reference. Any new products or collections introduced in the future will also be governed by these terms.

By accessing and purchasing from this website, you:

  • agree to follow and be bound by these Terms of Service;

  • you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity—or have obtained parental or guardian consent—to place an order on the website.

Please read the Terms of Service carefully before purchasing a product (or more) from our website.

3. Updates to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, at our sole discretion. Any updates take effect immediately upon being posted and will apply to all future access to and use of the website.
By continuing to use the website after any changes are posted, you acknowledge and accept the revised Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly to stay informed of any updates, as they are legally binding.

4. About the products

  • each product listed on the website includes a detailed description featuring the product name, category, price, material specifications, traceability information, certifications and care instructions, available colors and sizes;

  • the products comply with standards applicable in the European Union.

While every effort is made to ensure the products are accurately represented in the photos on our website, certain details—such as color, prints or texture—may appear differently depending on your screen resolution and may slightly vary from the actual product received.

All sizing information on this website is intended for reference only. If you're unsure about your size, we recommend reviewing our size guide first. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us before finalizing your purchase.

5. Customer’s obligations

  • the Customer declares he/she is at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity—or have obtained parental or guardian consent—to place an order on the website;

  • the Customer agrees to provide Woven Mind with accurate and necessary information required to complete the sale in accordance with these Terms of Service, including their full name, address, phone number and a valid email address, as requested on the website and relevant to their situation;

    The Customer has the option to create an account on the website, which can be accessed exclusively using the login credentials—email address and password—selected during registration. The Customer acknowledges that these credentials are personal and confidential;

    As a result, the Customer is strictly prohibited from sharing their login credentials with any third party. For security purposes, it is recommended that the Customer create a strong password that meets current standards (at least 8 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters). If the Customer suspects any unauthorized use of their credentials, they must notify Woven Mind immediately;

  • the Customer can modify their data in “my account” section;

  • once an order is placed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email. It will inform them on the dispatch of the products.

6. Orders

  • to purchase one or more products, the Customer must select their desired items on the website, choose the appropriate size and, if applicable, the color, then add them to the shopping cart.

  • to complete the online order, the Customer can review their cart by clicking the cart icon. They must then click on "Checkout". The Customer will be prompted to enter their information or log in to an existing account. Afterward, they will be directed to the Delivery, Payment & Discounts and Review & Purchase pages to finalize the purchase.

    An online order will only be validated after acceptance of the payment.

  • Woven Mind reserves the right to cancel or decline an order if there is an ongoing payment dispute with the Customer related to a previous order.

  • the Customer should be aware that the products are created specifically for them, as we operate on a Print-on-Demand model. By producing items only upon request rather than in bulk, we aim to help reduce overproduction.

7. Pricing

All prices listed on the website are in euros and include Belgian taxes (such as VAT and other applicable taxes), packaging costs and 50% of the shipping fees.

The full shipping costs and any additional applicable charges will be displayed after clicking the cart icon and proceeding with the order.

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, especially in response to changes in fiscal or economic conditions. Products will be billed according to the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.

Promotional codes - one time use only.

8. Delivery

Woven Mind delivers using standard shipping methods, such as the local post.

Woven Mind offers delivery to the countries listed on the website and customers can track their orders at any time. Shipping costs are calculated prior to payment.

Shipping is 50% discounted for all countries on orders under 60€ and completely free for orders of 60€ or more, regardless of destination.

Products are shipped along with the necessary delivery documents to the address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering.

To ensure timely delivery, the Customer must provide accurate and complete shipping details, including information such as street number, building, stairway, access codes, names, intercom numbers and any other relevant specifics.

Woven Mind reserves the right to withhold shipment to any country restricted by applicable export laws and regulations.

Products from a single order must be shipped to one delivery address and cannot be sent to multiple locations. However, if the order includes several items, they will be delivered in separate packages.

9. Returning policy

We’re so sorry you want to return your item! Let’s check step by step what needs to be done:

  • Make sure you’re in the 30-days window. Unfortunately, any order older than 30 days cannot be returned, as time travel is still in beta.

  • Please fill in this form with your details.

  • Wait for our answer (we promise to reply within 2-4 business days - or even earlier).

  • If possible, please return the item in the original packaging (optional). Otherwise, it is mandatory for the product to be returned in perfect condition (without signs of wear). That will help us in refunding the full amount associated with the item(s) you want to return, if you choose the refund option.

In case your item shows clear signs of wear, we will not be able to proceed with a refund/reshipment!

  • Ship your item to Alexandra Florea at Maria Verbraekenstraat 9 bus 201, Burcht, Belgium. Important - the cost of shipping associated with the return will have to be initially covered by yourself. If you request a reshipment, we will issue a partial refund in your account equal to the return shipping costs (we will ask you for proof of payment). If you request a refund, we will be able to refund you only with the cost of the product, not including the cost associated with shipping the item back to us.

  • Once we receive your order, depending on what you have requested (refund/reshipment) we will take the necessary actions - either refund your account with the full item(s) amount or request a reshipment from our provider.

  • Important - If you sent your item to us without filling in the return form, we do not take any obligation to proceed with the refund!

Our product has a defect?

Quality is our top-most priority. But we’re all humans, mistakes are possible.

Please follow the instructions in the Returns section and check that the reason you want a return/reshipment for is selected appropriately. Please take informative photos of the defects seen and attach them in the form. We’ll closely follow your case and send all the details to our production partner to ensure this is not happening again.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Woven Mind website is the property of Woven Mind, with the exception of hyperlinks leading to third-party sites. No part of this website—including products, information, or any displayed content—may be reproduced, sold, published, stored, or transferred without prior written permission from Woven Mind.

11. Laws and disputes

All contracts, as well as any related non-contractual obligations, between Woven Mind and the consumer governed by these general terms and conditions are subject exclusively to Belgian law.

All disputes between Woven Mind and the consumer will first be subject to mediation.
