How to wash DTF-printed t-shirts?

• Turn your shirt inside out - this small but vital step helps the print last longer.

• Wash with cold water - always opt for cold water, ideally at 30°C (86°F), whether hand washing or using a washing machine. Hot water can lead to shrinkage and fading of the vibrant colors on your t-shirt.

• Delicate cycle - although it’s recommended to hand wash, if you choose to wash in the washing machine, opt for a gentle cycle of around 600 rpm. Keep it below 800 rpm to avoid stretching the t-shirt.

• Natural shrinkage - natural fibers such as cotton, wool, silk or linen, have a higher risk of natural shrinkage. So, take extra precautions and keep the washing temperature cool.

• Use mild detergent - it’s recommended to use a mild detergent. Strong detergents may cause the prints to fade quicker.

• Avoid fabric softener - it can interfere with the adhesive used in DTF printing. It’s best to avoid the softener and use only a mild detergent.

How to dry DTF-printed t-shirts?

• Remember to keep the t-shirt inside out.

• Air dry - the recommended way to dry DTF t-shirts is to air dry. Dry your t-shirts on the hanger to prevent any heat damage to the prints.

• Low-heat dryer - if you prefer to use a dryer, keep it on a low heat setting to prevent the printed area from cracking.

• Avoid over-drying - it may cause shrinkage, instead of drying faster.

• Avoid dry-cleaning - DTF-printed garments can’t withstand the high temperature and chemical solvents involved in the dry-cleaning process.

Some extra precautions:

• Keep the DTF shirts neatly folded to prevent creases or wrinkles on the print.

• Separate laundry - keep separate piles for light and dark t-shirts to avoid any color transfer.

• Limit ironing - although ironing is not recommended, if necessary, do so on low heat, keep the t-shirt inside out, and avoid direct contact with the print.

Once your order is fulfilled, delivery times are as follows:

1. Belgium & Netherlands: 1-3 business days

2. France & Germany: 2-3 business days

3. Denmark & Finland: 2-6 business days

4. Austria, Italy & Spain: 2-6 business days

5. Rest of the European Union: 1-7 business days

On average, fulfillment takes 2–5 business days for all production techniques.

Important: Return shipping costs will need to be covered by you initially.

• If you’re requesting a reshipment, we’ll refund you for the return shipping once we receive proof of payment.

• If you’re requesting a refund, we’ll only refund the cost of the product - shipping costs are not included.

Once your return arrives, we’ll take care of the rest! Based on your request, we’ll either issue a refund for the item(s) or arrange a reshipment through our provider.

Please note: If you return an item without filling out the Return Form, we are not obligated to process your refund. So don’t skip that step - it’s important!

After you’ve shipped your return, our team will process it within a set timeframe.
For refunds, please allow a few business days after we receive your item for processing. Once everything is finalized, we’ll send you a confirmation email, including details on when you can expect the refund to appear in your account.

Unfortunately, delivery services sometimes mark an order as delivered even if the package arrives the next day.

1. has been delivered to a neighbor

2. has been delivered to your mailbox
