Shipping & returns

Our business model is known as Print-On-Demand (POD). That means a couple of things:

  • Every item is specially crafted just for you, once the order goes through. This helps reducing pollution and waste. We all love Earth!

  • The manufacturing times are usually between 2-5 business days. Then, the shipping times are detailed below. We understand this is a bit longer than what you’re used to - but you’re getting a premium product, made specially for you. We value quality and sustainability - which you do too, since you’re buying from us!

Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries:

  1. Belgium & Netherlands: 1-3 business days

  2. France & Germany: 2-3 business days

  3. Denmark & Finland: 2-6 business days

  4. Austria, Italy & Spain: 2-6 business days

  5. Rest of the European Union: 1-7 business days

Please take into consideration public and national holidays, strikes, meteorites and other unforeseen events.

As for the delivery costs: it couldn’t get easier than this.

We’re chipping in on the shipping — you only pay 2,50 € and we cover the rest! Oh, but you wanted free shipping? Just make sure your order is over 60 €, then shipping’s totally on us. You shop, we ship - just enter the code SHIP4FREE at the checkout.

Returns

We’re so sorry you want to return your item! Let’s check step by step what needs to be done:

  • Make sure you’re in the 30-days window. Unfortunately, any order older than 30 days cannot be returned, as time travel is still in beta.

  • Please fill in this form with your details.

  • Wait for our answer (we promise to reply within 2-4 business days - or even earlier).

  • If possible, please return the item in the original packaging (optional). Otherwise, it is mandatory for the product to be returned in perfect condition (without signs of wear). That will help us in refunding the full amount associated with the item(s) you want to return, if you choose the refund option.

In case your item shows clear signs of wear, we will not be able to proceed with a refund/reshipment!

  • Ship your item to Alexandra Florea at Maria Verbraekenstraat 9 bus 201, Burcht, Belgium. Important - the cost of shipping associated with the return will have to be initially covered by yourself. If you request a reshipment, we will issue a partial refund in your account equal to the return shipping costs (we will ask you for proof of payment). If you request a refund, we will be able to refund you only with the cost of the product, not including the cost associated with shipping the item back to us.

  • Once we receive your order, depending on what you have requested (refund/reshipment) we will take the necessary actions - either refund your account with the full item(s) amount or request a reshipment from our provider.

  • Important - If you sent your item to us without filling in the return form, we do not take any obligation to proceed with the refund!

Our product has a defect?

Quality is our top-most priority. But we’re all humans, mistakes are possible.

Please follow the instructions in the Returns section and check that the reason you want a return/reshipment for is selected appropriately. Please take informative photos of the defects seen and attach them in the form. We’ll closely follow your case and send all the details to our production partner to ensure this is not happening again.
